Nutritional Benefits
What's inside Pink Oyster
High-protein (about 3g per 100g raw), rich in dietary fiber and B vitamins (especially niacin and riboflavin). Notable potassium and iron content. Like all oyster mushrooms, contains beta-glucans and ergothioneine. Pink Oysters are a meaningful source of antioxidants — their pigmentation comes from natural compounds that contribute to their nutritional profile.
Health & Wellness
How it shows up in research and tradition
Oyster mushrooms in general have a long tradition of culinary medicine across multiple cultures. Their beta-glucan content is widely studied for its role in supporting immune function. Pink Oysters specifically are appreciated for their high antioxidant load. As with all our mushrooms, they're a low-calorie way to add plant protein, fiber, and trace minerals to a meal — no "miracle" claims needed.

Cooking & Recipes
How to cook Pink Oyster
Pink Oysters' superpower is texture. Slice thin and crisp-fry in hot oil and they take on a remarkably bacon-like crunch and savor — a brilliant plant-based bacon substitute that hits salt, smoke, and crackle in one bite. They're also striking on the plate: the hot-pink color holds beautifully through quick cooking, so they look as good as they taste. Don't overcook; pink oysters lose their color and turn watery if simmered.
